Precise Temperature Profile Control: Cure Manager, a fully featured, integrated monitoring and control system, allows the user to define complex temperature profiles efficiently with it’s easy to use graphic user interface that provides the capability to create, save and deploy new profiles along with alarms for deviations in temperature over time. Up to four curing systems can be controlled simultaneously.
Monitoring: Cure Manager provides continuous quality monitoring and charting of temperature, power, current, Voltage, cure rotational speed, stretch pressure and more. Data for each workpeice is stored for traceability.
Alarm Reporting: Cure Manager’s ethernet-networked control provides for eficient alarm monitoring and printing of Alarm Histories.
